I am Malachi Bell III and have been a resident of Medina my entire 47 years. Hair has always been a part of my life and a passion for me. In my 25 plus years in the industry, I have always envisioned having my own shop, potentially to franchise and pass along to my children, that would encompass all hairstyles and their ever evolving changes. I have set out to obtain this goal through continuing hands-on education, teaching classes, managing prior salons as well as maintaining and growing my clientele. My name is Dominic Drockton. I grew up and have lived in Medina my whole life. I've been doing hair for 6 years. From beginning in my basement to owning a storefront. Throughout these years I developed a passion and love for cutting hair. On top of just doing hair I love being able to make someone look and feel better and more confident about themselves. I grew up overweight for 18 years of my life. Since then I have lost over 115 pounds through working out and tracking food. So I know what it's like to look in the mirror and not like what's looking back. That's why I love my job because it gives me a chance to change how every client who sits in my chair feels about themselves after they leave.

I’ve always had a deep passion for hair, so starting a career in beauty felt like I found what I was meant to do.
